The Uganda National Meteorological Authority (UNMA) on 6th May 2019 released a review of the rainfall performance for April 2019 and the rainfall outlook for May 2019. A summary of the review reveals that the month of April 2019 was generally characterised by an improvement in rainfall conditions over most parts of the country. However, some parts of Western and Lake Victoria basin received more rainfall compared to other regions in the country.
