This morning I received a donation of the UNESCO publication on the heritage of Azerbaijan from Dr. Allan Birabi of the Department of Architecture and Physical Planning, College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT). We discussed the need to document Uganda’s cultural heritage for posterity.
