On this occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, I congratulate H.E. Ambassador Zheng Zhuqiang and the entire Chinese community in Uganda. The friendship between Makerere University and Chinese institutions is set to grow stronger for mutual benefit.
