The Ugandan Academy for Health Innovation and Impact was formed after a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was undertaken between the: Ministry of Health, Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI), Janssen, the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, and the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Citizenship Trust.
